Data minimisation

We designed this website to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not use audience analytics, advertising trackers, newsletters, user accounts or profiling, and we do not make automated decisions about visitors.

Personal data is processed only where it is technically necessary to deliver the website or where you choose to contact us.

Hosting and technical delivery

This website is provided as a static site through Render Services, Inc., 525 Brannan Street, San Francisco, California 94131, USA, and its content delivery infrastructure.

When your browser requests a page, Render may process technical connection and usage information such as an IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or device information, referrer and security-related identifiers. This processing is necessary to transmit the website, maintain availability and protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Render states that static sites do not emit visitor request logs to customers. We therefore do not receive or analyse visitor-level access logs through the Render dashboard.

Render is based in the United States. According to Render's Data Processing Addendum, relevant transfers from the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. Render may use authorised infrastructure subprocessors.

Contact inquiries

The contact form on this website has no server-side form processor. Selecting its send action opens your own email application with the message prepared. The website does not transmit the form contents to Render. Information is sent only if you choose to send the email from your email application.

If you contact us, we process the information you provide—such as your name, email address, company and message—to respond, discuss your request and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communications and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business inquiries and correspondence.

Providing this information is voluntary. Without a working contact method or the information needed to understand your request, we may be unable to respond.

Incoming and outgoing email is handled through mail.de GmbH, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 70, 33330 Gütersloh, Germany.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies or use comparable tracking technologies on this website. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social-media plugins or behavioural profiling. We therefore do not operate a cookie-consent banner in the website's current form.

Links to external websites are ordinary links. Their operators process data under their own policies after you choose to visit them.

Retention

No single fixed retention period applies to every inquiry. We keep correspondence only while it is needed to respond, continue a business discussion, document relevant decisions, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

When those purposes and any applicable legal retention obligations end, the correspondence is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. Render and mail.de may retain technical or account-related information according to their own documented retention rules and legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

We accept privacy requests from all visitors regardless of where they live, including visitors in South America. Where the law in your country provides additional or different mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected. To exercise a right, contact us at the address listed above. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant correspondence.

Complaints

If the GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our registered office is:

The Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 65189 Wiesbaden Germany

We will update this policy when the website, its providers or the way we process personal data changes materially. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.
